Kunstgarasjen invites you to a presentation of two of our new artists, Steve Lunn og Siavash Kheirkhah. 

We welcome you to an introduction to two of our exciting new artists in Kunstgarasjen. 

Steve Lunn trained as a sculptor in Britain, and has lived in Bergen for the past 8 years. His practice now focuses on photography, but his formal training as a sculptor is evident in his works. In his practice Lunn often layers his images in a complex process, where the passing of time and movement is shaped into one image. In other works he focuses his lens on minute details, which when blown up in size become evocative and dreamlike images.

Siavash Kheirkhah is an Iranian artist and filmmaker, educated from Iran and KMD in Bergen. The pivotal core of his works are themes such as dreaming, being seen, rememberance, death, and he tries to take an experimental approach towards different subjects. Kheirkhah uses film and photography in his work, as well as other expressions.
 
This presentation will be given in English
